Leadership audit

When was the last time you audited your leadership?
Took a good look at yourself and reflected about how you are showing up – not only for yourself, but for your team?

We all habits that as smart, capable leaders we carry… but sometimes these can quietly hold us (and our teams) back.

You’re probably doing more than most.
You’ve got vision.
Drive.
High standards.
A team that counts on you.

But even brilliant leadership can come with blind spots, those subtle behaviours that drain your energy, bottleneck your team, or keep you stuck in overdrive.

I see it all the time in the leaders I work with (and yep, I’ve caught myself in all of these too):
⚠️ You’re the bottleneck | Only because you care so much and can see it all
⚠️ You think fast & deep | Though others need time to process and catch up
⚠️ You’re wearing the invisible Superhuman cape | It’s exhausting
⚠️ Your inner critic has the mic | You let it sound like “logic”
⚠️ You have high standards | Perfectionism creeps in & stops things being “done”

As I reflected, I created something simple – A Leadership Self-Audit.
The full version is part of my Leading with Hauora workshop (link in comments), but here’s the mini version.

5️⃣patterns.
5️⃣small shifts.

Each one comes with a reflection prompt, an action, and a reframe to try on.

Not as another to-do list—but as a permission slip to lead differently.
💬 Because real leadership isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things, with clarity, and enough space to breathe.

Swipe through the carousel to see a Mini Self-Audit you can do. Let me know:
❓Which one do you feel most right now?
❓What would shift if you started leading with a little less pressure and a little more presence?
